The hotel had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. The cleanliness was really good, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, just off the main path but still close to everything. Being in the mountains provided amazing views.

The Rex is a hidden gem in Zermatt. Cozy interior design, warm pool in the spa, friendly staff, delicious homemade breakfast, comfortable rooms with amazing views of the Matterhorn, attention to detail.

The location of the hotel in "Stockhorn" restaurant is excellent, right next to the bus stop for easy transportation to the station. The rooms were cozy and clean, with a nicely renovated breakfast area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the spa and swimming pool were a great addition to the hotel's facilities.
The furniture in the rooms was outdated and in need of an update.

We had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main path but still close to everything. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the welcoming bellboy to the helpful receptionist. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the spa and wellness center. After a day of hiking in the mountains, it was a delight to relax in the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a mini-bar and a terrace. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.
We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends. It was an unforgettable experience and we can't wait to return.
